Role Overview:

ServiceNow Test Manager / Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of

  ServiceNow testing

  functional, regression, integration, and automation.
• Develop detailed

  test strategies, test plans, and execution roadmaps

  for multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Coordinate test execution cycles, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones.
• Manage

  defect lifecycle

  and collaborate with development and business teams to ensure closure.
• Work closely with

  stakeholders, product owners, and scrum teams

  to align testing objectives with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, automation coverage, and reporting standards.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the testing team members.
• Ensure compliance with

  ITIL processes

  and organizational testing standards.
• Oversee and validate integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools or APIs.
• Prepare and deliver

  comprehensive test reports, dashboards, and metrics

  to management and stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow testing (Functional & Automation).
• Proven experience in test management, planning, execution, and defect management.
• Practical knowledge of

  ServiceNow modules

  including:

• ITSM (IT Service Management)

• ITRM (GRC Governance, Risk, and Compliance)

• FCU (Financial Controls Utility)

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based testing practices.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
• Sound understanding of

  ITIL processes

  .
• Experience in managing and mentoring testing teams.
• Familiarity with

  integrations (APIs, third-party tools)

  within ServiceNow environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of ServiceNow automation tools or ATF (Automated Test Framework).
• Exposure to synthetic monitoring tools or continuous testing frameworks.
• Background in Digital Engineering Monitoring (DEM) or similar environments.
