As a Test Manager at Macquarie, your role will involve managing tests through planning, execution, and closure of the testing process. You will be responsible for defining and implementing test governance and reporting, including test strategy, plans, status reports, and insights into progress, issues, risks, and outcomes. Effective collaboration with stakeholders and leadership of the testing team will be key aspects of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role will possess 8-10 years of experience in test management on large, complex projects, focusing on test governance and reporting. Strong stakeholder management skills, leadership abilities, proficiency in test management tools and methodologies, knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and finance/tax domain, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
