Job Description

Years of Experience - 6-10 yrs

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all testing activities across multiple cargo software modules
Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for functional, integration, regression testing
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand the product and translate them into test scenarios
Manage test environments, data setup, and automation frameworks
Mentor and guide QA engineers, ensuring best practices in testing and documentation
Track and report quality metrics, defect trends, and release readiness
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., IATA, customs, freight regulations)
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools
