Test Lead Workday Finance 8+ Pan India Hybrid Mode Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Finance Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for Workday Finance implementations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes within the Workday system. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday Finance modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of testers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the testing efforts for Workday Finance implementations, including planning, execution, and reporting. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Workday Finance modules. Coordinate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Execute test cases and document results, identifying and reporting defects. Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of testers, ensuring best practices are followed. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios. Ensure compliance with testing standards and methodologies. Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing. Monitor and report on testing progress, providing regular updates to project stakeholders. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Test Lead in Workday Finance implementations. Strong knowledge of Workday Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with test management tools and software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Certification in Workday Finance is a plus.
