Job Description

Assign tasks to team members and manage workload efficiently.Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Maintain and update requirements from ongoing projects.Coordinate with users for inputs, reviews, and approvals.Conduct daily defect discussions and ensure resolution.
Report on testing activities, including results, test case coverage, and defect status.Ensure adherence to established test processes and quality standards.Manage and monitor the work of the testing team.
Responsible for metrics measurement, analysis, and implementation.
Leader ship Quality Technical Skills & Domain Knowledge:Strong expertise in Databases, Data Mart, and Ingenium/Life Insurance applications.
Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and defect management.Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
