As a Test Lead at Ideapoke, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products by creating and implementing test plans and automation frameworks. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and resolving bugs, as well as improving the overall software development process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts from scratch. - Develop and maintain a sustainable automation framework using BDD and Selenium. - Establish and execute a test automation strategy to enhance automation efficiencies. - Provide guidance and training to automation analysts on best practices and standards. - Collaborate with project teams to enhance software quality and identify design gaps. - Lead a team of automation engineers and oversee automation activities. - Conduct web and API testing, and utilize tools like Git or SVN for conversion. - Communicate key metrics and status updates to project stakeholders. - Facilitate test automation meetings and escalate issues as necessary. **Qualifications Required:** - 5-8+ years of testing experience. - Proficiency in regression, load, unit, and system testing. - Hands-on experience with test automation using JAVA and Selenium. - Strong knowledge of AGILE methodology and working in AGILE environments. - Familiarity with SOAP and REST protocols. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
