Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Test Lead with 7 to 12 years of experience, preferably in RARR Technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automation testing and leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of automated tests using Java and Selenium.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
Analyze and troubleshoot defects found during testing.
Mentor junior team members in test automation best practices.
Participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to process improvements.

Job Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in software testing, with at least 6-7 years in automation testing using Java and Selenium.
Experience with Playwright and API automation is desirable.
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Basic knowledge of ADO and database concepts is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
