Job Description

Lead end-to-end testing processes, including planning, execution, and reporting, while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Hands on experience in test automation tools like Playwright, Selenium and programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, etc.

Mentor and guide testing teams, allocate resources effectively, and ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, product, and stakeholders) to align on testing objectives and deliverables.

Incorporate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

Establish and enforce QA best practices, improve testing efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Hands-on experience with tools like JMeter, Postman, and Rest Assured for performance and API testing.

Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and Agile methodologies, with a strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.

Provide detailed test reports, defect analysis, and regular updates to stakeholders on quality and progress.
