Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong expertise in manual testing and exposure to automation tools. The ideal candidate should have experience in Agile methodologies, squad management, and excellent communication skills. This role involves ensuring high-quality deliverables and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing of applications and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with development and product teams to identify and resolve defects.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to squad management.
Prepare and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
Provide clear and concise defect reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Support automation initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes.

Must-Have Skills:

Manual Testing
Selenium (work experience not mandatory)
Agile methodologies

Strong communication skills
