1. Responsible manage and handle a shift of Test Engineering Team.
2. Responsible for reduce testing line NTF for increase line UPH to achieve target.
3. Responsible for IC Programming Machine Burning Bugs Problems.
4. Responsible for Dahua consumables and control NG materials.
5. Dahua NPI Testing related problem solved on time.
6. In IC Programming Machine New project create and debugging.
7. To analysis, the fail PCBA during NPI in testing line and give support to NPI team to find the actual Root cause.
8. To give a regular training to the new testing operators for a good Quality product.
9. Responsible for validation daily instrument status (CMW500, Agilent8960, DC Power supply).
10. Responsible to observe and highlight major issue on testing line (test tools, softwares, testing fixture, testing instruments, more NG rate.)
Responsible to Debug Air-conditioner Testing setups as (ICT/MCU& EE PROM/ FCT-1/FCT
1. Excellence in Quantitative analyst and data driven decision-making.
2. Good Communication Skill also needs good problem solving and troubleshooting Skill.
3. System thinking and optimization.
4. Problem Solving skill.
5. Understanding of debugging process, knowledge of SOP, Flow chart making, good analysis skill and report making based on that.
Familiarity with various testing Equipments.
