Job Description

Creates test scenarios & test cases basis of BRD / FSD documentation and makes the necessary additions to the created test scenarios2
Plans, verifies and adheres to the test plan designed by the Test Lead for the upcoming test items of the concerned project3
Supports in creating test data for test cases and execute tests cases4
Reports defects & follows up with Developers / BA IT for defect fixation with defect ageing tracking SLA5
Provides test results walkthrough to stakeholders for Sign off6
Documentation for project including test designing, execution and defect reporting
Creates and performs tests and adds information to the appropriate testing tool
Ensures on-time testing of the deliverable products or applications
Ensures regular review with the test lead on any issue that may impact quality, schedule, and defects
Reviews business / software requirements and provides inputs to Senior Testers
