Test Engineer (ATE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and debug test programs for ATE platforms (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest, Verigy/Keysight, National Instruments, SPEA, etc.).
  
• Perform test program bring-up, characterization, correlation, and production release.
  
• Design test hardware including load boards, probe cards, and test fixtures in coordination with PCB/layout teams.
  
• Analyze test data to identify issues with yield, performance, or reliability.
  
• Collaborate with design and product engineering teams to define test strategies, test coverage, and DFT (Design for Testability) features.
  
• Drive test time reduction, yield enhancement, and cost optimization initiatives.
  
• Support new product introduction (NPI) into mass production.
  
• Maintain and improve test systems and infrastructure for long-term reliability and scalability.
  
• Create and maintain documentation for test procedures, test plans, and ATE programs.
  
• Support failure analysis and customer returns (RMA) by replicating issues on ATE platforms.

Required Skills :

• Hands-on experience with one or more ATE platforms (e.g., Teradyne UltraFlex, Advantest V93K, Verigy 93K, LTX-Credence, National Instruments PXI, etc.).
  
• Strong programming skills in

  C/C++, Python, or ATE-specific languages

• Knowledge of

  semiconductor device physics

  , analog/digital circuits, and measurement principles.
• Familiarity with

  DFT methodologies

  (scan, BIST, boundary scan, etc.).
• Understanding of

  statistical analysis tools

  (e.g., JMP, Minitab) for data analysis and yield improvement.
• Ability to read and understand schematics, datasheets, and test specifications.
