Test Development Engineer

Role Overview: As a VLSI System Developer at Wipro Limited, your role involves defining the various functionalities, architecture, layout, and implementation for a client's VLSI system. You will be responsible for implementing the client's mechanical manufacturing strategy, managing a team of engineers, and leading projects from exploration to implementation. Your key focus will be on providing manufacturability feasibility analysis, ensuring optimal balance in product performance, quality, scalability, reliability, cost, and time-to-market. Additionally, you will work on continuous improvements to workflows and development methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Implement the client's mechanical manufacturing strategy and contribute to the broader vision - Manage a team of engineers, mentor new engineers, and provide technical guidance - Build positive relationships with cross-functional product teams, suppliers, and CEM partners - Drive projects from exploration to implementation, provide guidance, and deliver projects - Provide manufacturability feasibility analysis, ensure optimal balance of product aspects - Look for continuous improvements to workflows and development methodologies Qualifications Required: - B.S. degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or material science - 10+ years of overall experience and 3+ years of experience in leading mechanical/thermal manufacturing activities - Strong leadership track record and understanding of NVIDIA's SOL culture - Highly motivated, creative, proactive, and adaptable with problem-solving skills - Positive interpersonal communication skills and ability to lead multi-functional efforts - Deep understanding of thermal, mechanical manufacturing process flow and good manufacturing practices - Detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking, and excellent project management skills - Working knowledge of modern mechanical design tools like Creo or SolidWorks - Team-oriented with a "can do" attitude and enthusiastic in solving challenges Additional Company Details (if available): Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT, BSE: 507685, NSE: WIPRO) is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions for clients" digital transformation needs.
