What you'll be doing: - Implementing the client's mechanical manufacturing strategy and translating it into actionable plans for your organization - Leading a team of engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance in a technology-driven environment - Establishing positive relationships with cross-functional teams to analyze and develop manufacturing solutions - Overseeing projects from inception to implementation, making critical decisions and communicating effectively - Conducting manufacturability feasibility analysis and ensuring products meet desired criteria - Identifying opportunities for process improvements and development methodologies What we need to see: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or material science - 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in leading mechanical/thermal manufacturing activities - Proven leadership skills and understanding of NVIDIA's culture - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Deep knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes and technologies - Proficiency in modern mechanical design tools like Creo or Solidworks - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Ways to stand out from the crowd: - Attention to detail and team empowerment - Effective communication and collaboration skills - Experience in functional tolerancing, system assembly/testing, and NPI processes - Ability to navigate ambiguity and simplify complexity - Previous experience in demanding cosmetic product manufacturing Deliver No. Performance Parameter Measure 1.
