Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

For Test Automation Engineer (3-5 years):

Develop and maintain automated test cases using Tricentis TOSCA.
Collaborate with manual testers and developers to convert test cases into automated scripts.
Execute regression, smoke, and functional test suites.
Identify defects and assist in debugging and root cause analysis.
Maintain test data and reusable test modules.

For Sr. Test Automation Engineer (5-7 years):

Design, implement, and optimize TOSCA test frameworks and test strategies.
Mentor junior team members and perform code/test reviews.
Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for test planning, execution, and reporting.
Analyze test coverage, gaps, and risks.

For Test Automation Lead (7-10+ years):

Lead the overall automation strategy, planning, and execution across multiple projects.
Drive adoption and governance of TOSCA testing best practices and standards.
Coordinate with business analysts, QA managers, and developers to align automation goals with project timelines.
Manage reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communication.
Provide technical leadership and coaching to the automation team.

Skills Required:

Hands-on expertise in Tricentis TOSCA test automation.
Strong understanding of test design, test case modeling, and modular test automation.
Experience with API testing, UI testing, and data-driven test automation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating TOSCA with JIRA, Azure DevOps, SAP, or Salesforce.
Knowledge of scripting languages (VBScript, Python) is a plus.
ISTQB or TOSCA certifications are an advantage.
