Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Service Manager Function/ Department: Toll & Transit Job Purpose The Service Manager will be responsible for providing the necessary support for ensuring fleet operators of DST channel with a high monthly volume (INR4 Lac or more) are given prompt service. Additionally, create opportunities to cross-sell IDFC FIRST Bank FASTag services to DST portfolio and provide necessary service & training support to alliances forged by business team for growing FASTag issuance. Roles & Responsibilities Service the FASTag requirements of identified customers. Lead a service executive. Grow the total throughput at a portfolio level; 15% quarter on quarter. Achieve cross-sell targets. Servicing & Training identified alliances of the bank for FASTag issuance. Secondary Responsibilities Understanding of Fleet operations Experience in selling/servicing Fleet operators Build a pipeline. Result oriented.
