Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent business delivery.
  • Drive performance across non-volume objectives as defined by the organization.
  • Manage and develop field manpower, including recruitment, training, and capability building.
  • Plan and allocate sales targets effectively across the team.
  • Oversee distributor performance, infrastructure, and overall business health.
  • Ensure smooth execution of company systems and policies across Learning & Development, Commercial, and IT functions.
  • Monitor performance, prepare reports, and track progress against business goals.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).
  • Age: 2530 years.
  • 25 years of proven experience in General Trade channel sales within a reputed FMCG company.
  • Must have handled a business scale of at least 50 Lakhs per month.
