Job Description

You will be responsible for driving secondary sales and merchandizing in the Consumer Products Division's Sales Department by establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with retailers. Your key stakeholders will include the internal Sales Team, ZHR, and CO, as well as external stakeholders such as Retail Outlets and Distributors. Reporting to the Area Business Manager, you should have 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in the FMCG/Pharma/OTC industry, with a strong grasp of product knowledge, negotiation skills, good local geographical knowledge, fluency in the local language, distributor management expertise, and the ability to calculate retail and distributor schemes. Your responsibilities will include covering retail outlets in your designated territory, meeting monthly targets, facilitating new outlet openings, overseeing new product launches, managing distributors in your area, achieving daily POB targets, ensuring POB execution, submitting daily mobile reports on attendance and sales, securing repeat orders from outlets, and overseeing merchandising and store branding. The role requires a minimum qualification of SSC or equivalent. High travel is a key requirement for this position.,
