Territory Sales Manager - Varanasi

As a Sales Executive at CNH Industrial, your role involves cascading monthly dealer targets, monitoring target achievement, and enhancing sales volumes for assigned dealers within the area's sales strategy and CNH guidelines. Your key responsibilities include: - Cascading the monthly volumes into daily volumes by models and variants for the dealer - Tracking volume sales on a daily basis - Providing inputs to dealers for enhancing daily sales through activities like plant visits, meetings with bank representatives, trainings, and promotional activities - Monitoring the working capital fund rotation per dealer daily through Advance Delivery (ADS) tracking tool - Influencing the crediting bank for faster rotation of funds - Following up with dealers for additional fund requirements during seasonal periods - Receiving billing requirements from dealers and sharing them on a consolidated basis with the Area Manager - Following up with dealers for completion of required documentation for timely submission to HO to minimize financial issues You are expected to have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience with at least 2 years in tractor sales.
