Territory Sales Incharge

As a Territory Sales Executive (TSI), you must possess knowledge and experience in the sales of tyres, batteries, or lubricants. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently cover the assigned area and extend your reach. You should excel in managing dealers and distributors, establishing strong networks, and fostering productive relationships within the market. Effective communication skills are essential for engaging with stakeholders and collaborating with the sales team. In this role, you will be expected to identify market opportunities, set achievable goals, and convert prospects into tangible outcomes. It is crucial to effectively execute your Key Result Areas (KRAs) and work towards achieving the set targets. - Appointing channels and dealers to expand market presence - Exploring potential markets for growth opportunities - Strategizing to increase market share and achieve sales targets - Monitoring and reporting on competitor activities to stay competitive - Providing last-mile coverage for comprehensive market penetration - Engaging with stakeholders, managing dealers, and establishing strong networks - Identifying market opportunities and converting prospects into outcomes - Collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth - Setting achievable goals and effectively executing Key Result Areas (KRAs) - Knowledge and experience in sales of tyres, batteries, or lubricants - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proactive approach to business development - Understanding of market dynamics and competitor activities - Ability to travel up to 25% for business purposes - Proficiency in English is preferred Please note that this is a full-time position offering benefits such as Provident Fund and a yearly bonus.
