Job Description

Job Description: Profitability Management: Take ownership of the profitability of the assigned territory. Business Acquisition: Lead and oversee the acquisition of retail education loans business within the territory. Collaborate with assigned Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to leverage natural market opportunities and leads provided by the call center. Marketing and Campaigning: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns to generate business opportunities. Empanel and manage Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and consultants to enhance the business network. Business Inflow: Implement initiatives to create avenues for increased business inflow. Proactively explore and capitalize on new opportunities to drive sales growth. Location Hygiene and Business Health: -Take responsibility for maintaining the hygiene factor and ensuring the overall health of business operations within the assigned location. -Implement measures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the ASMs, ensuring they are equipped to meet targets and contribute to the overall success of the territory.
