Territory Sales Executive

Summary:

A Territory Sales Executive - RMC is tasked with driving sales, onboarding new clients, and managing collections within a designated region. They work closely with operations to ensure timely concrete delivery, while actively reducing outstanding receivables and securing balance confirmations - all measured against clear sales and financial targets.

Responsibilities & Responsibilities

Territory Management

• Act as the main contact for customers in your region – contractors, builders, consultants
• Identify and convert new business opportunities

Sales Execution

• Meet defined sales KPIs—volume, NOD, specialty products (VAC/VAC+)
• Conduct technical product pitching, site visits, and batch demonstrations

Operations Coordination

• Liaise with the batching plant, logistics, quality, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality

Credit & Receivables

• Regularly review receivables and proactively address overdue payments
• Lead efforts to minimize critical outstanding amounts

Balance Confirmation & Reporting

• Conduct quarterly balance confirmations with ≥ 95% participation
• Prepare and share weekly sales, collection, and confirmation-status reports

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field)
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, ideally in RMC, Cement, or construction materials
• Good understanding of concrete technology, batching operations, and delivery cadence
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ready to travel within the territory
