Job Description

Location: Uttar Pradesh

Primary Role


Responsible for driving sales across the various outlets in the assigned territory. Responsible for meeting the assigned sales targets and to ensure product availability at all times in the assigned outlets. Responsible for maintaining freshness of the products and take day to day decisions in order increase brand awareness and enhance sales.


Areas of Responsibility


  • Responsible for increasing distribution and volume across retail accounts (Wine shops, grocery stores/convenient stores)
  • Responsible for maintaining product freshness standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and rotating stocks
  • Partnering with distributors to ensure orders are placed, products are received and business is growing at accounts
  • Increase shelf space and position for AB InBev products.
  • Ensure activation / guidelines securing incremental distribution, brand visibility, product facing and displays
  • Attend sales/team meetings as directed by management along with daily interaction with manager to discuss sales issues, competitive activities, and opportunities to maximize sales efforts
  • Responsible for fulfilling pre-established objectives set by the Sales Supervisor or Area Manager and implementation of Company programs at retail level
  • Responsible for daily decisions regarding retail inventory levels using past sales history, changes in climate, competitive activity and special promotional activities


Education


• MBA with minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Superior knowledge and familiarity of market, customers and information channels


Skills and/or knowledge


• Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations

• A focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks

• Ability to prioritize and strong organization skills

• The ability to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Internal & External)

• Mobility: Willing to relocate for business requirement across regions
