Territory Manager-South Delhi

As a Territory Manager at ZimVie, you will play a crucial role in managing sales within your designated territory in South Delhi. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee sales and marketing activities to achieve revenue, sales, and profit targets. You will actively engage with current and potential customers, conduct in-servicing and workshops on products, and promote all product segments to hospitals and medical professionals in the area. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, exploring new business opportunities, and converting competitor business to our products will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales manager to implement sales and marketing strategies at various levels. **Key Responsibilities:** - Actively contact current and potential customers and respond to their requests - Conduct in-servicing and workshops on products - Promote all product segments to hospitals and medical professionals - Maintain good relationships with key accounts and explore new business opportunities - Work with sales manager to implement sales and marketing strategies - Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or Paramedical discipline - At least 5 years of sales experience in a related industry - Previous experience in medical device sales - Demonstrated sales abilities and a track record of successful selling to the medical profession - Enterprising, diplomatic, and proactive problem-solving skills - Result-oriented with interpersonal awareness and good communication skills - Positive attitude, tenacity, and ability to plan and organize workload effectively - Good presentation and negotiation skills As an integral part of ZimVie, you will be expected to embody the company's Core Values, focusing on growth, operational excellence, commercial & innovation excellence, and high-performance teams.
