Territory Manager - Last Mile Operations

In this role at Livspace, as a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of a group of Livpreneurs within a specific region or city. Your main focus will be on ensuring Client Satisfaction for all projects in the territory. You will lead a team of approximately 6 Territory Assistant Managers to implement strategic initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the sales funnel, Turnaround Time (TAT), and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). - Develop and execute the Livpreneur Success Strategy to drive growth in the territory. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with growth objectives as per demand. - Empower Livpreneurs to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets. - Conduct regular meetings (online/offline) with Livpreneurs to address and resolve their concerns. - Establish and expand a high-performing team of Livpreneurs to ensure a consistent and sustainable business. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any stream. - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Business Development and Growth, with at least 1 year in B2C Sales. - Proficient in multitasking and managing complex operational structures. - Strong sales and business development skills; willingness to travel across India or specific regions. - Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective people management skills. - Demonstrated high level of ownership and commitment to achieving targets. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Background in Home Interior industry is preferred.
