Territory Manager - Last Mile Operations

As a Territory Manager at Livspace, you will be responsible for the Profit & Loss of a group of Livpreneurs within a specific region or city. Your primary focus will be on ensuring Client Satisfaction for all projects in the territory while leading a team of approximately 6 Territory Assistant Managers to implement strategic initiatives effectively. Your key responsibilities will include managing the sales funnel, ensuring adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and developing and executing the Livpreneur Success Strategy in the assigned territory. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives tailored to the demand in the respective Territory. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in enabling Livpreneurs to meet their qualitative and quantitative targets, conducting regular meetings with Livpreneurs to address and resolve their concerns, and establishing and expanding a high-performing team of Livpreneurs to ensure a consistent and sustainable business. The ideal candidate for this role should have a graduation degree in any stream, along with at least 5 years of work experience in Business Development and Growth, with a minimum of 1 year in B2C Sales. Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in managing complex operational structures are essential for success in this position. You should possess strong sales and business development skills, be open to extensive travel across India or specific regions, demonstrate effective leadership and people management capabilities, and exhibit a high level of ownership towards achieving targets. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with internal teams and Livpreneurs. While not mandatory, prior experience in the Home Interior sector would be preferred for this role.
