Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager based in Gurgaon. The Territory Manager will be responsible for implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets, developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and customers, and gathering market insights. The individual will oversee territory management, monitor competitors' activities, and ensure compliance with company policies while representing Cipla's values and mission.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in sales and customer relationship management to maintain and grow business in an assigned territory
• Market research and analytical skills to gather insights and identify opportunities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong professional relationships
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience in managing a territory or similar role is highly desirable
