Your core responsibilities in this role include achieving division-wise primary targets equal to or greater than secondary targets. You will be tasked with generating maximum prescriptions to increase market share and ensuring zero cases of stock expiry by timely liquidation through prescription generation. Sharing competitor and market information with the ABM and Division in a timely manner is crucial, along with building relationships with customers and stockists through regular visits and relationship strengthening activities. Prioritizing and meeting doctors with the right frequency, leveraging managerial and marketing support functions, and planning and monitoring new product introductions are key aspects of this role. Your duties also include reporting daily field work in the assigned online system, organizing camps (CME) based on division strategy and customer needs, and generating POBs for Abbott brands according to the business plan. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 2 years of experience. However, freshers with excellent communication and analytical skills will also be considered. A Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc.) or Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) is required for this role.,
