Territory Business Manager-Invicta Pune

As a Territory Business Manager at Abbott Speciality Care in Pune, your primary responsibility will be to achieve the division's primary target and ensure it is equal to or greater than the secondary target. Your key objectives will include generating maximum prescriptions, increasing market share, and avoiding expiry of stocks on Stockist shelves through timely liquidation by generating prescriptions. You will be expected to share competitor and market information with the Area Business Manager and Division in a timely manner. Building and nurturing relationships with customers and Stockists, adhering to defined Stockist visit frequencies, and prioritizing and meeting doctors appropriately are crucial aspects of the role. Leveraging managerial, marketing, and support functions to engage with key customers effectively and enhance relationships will be essential. Monitoring new product introductions, ensuring stocking as per plan, tracking sales progress, and promptly providing information about new products to Stockists will be part of your responsibilities. Daily reporting of fieldwork in the assigned online system, organizing Camps (CME) according to the division strategy and customer needs, and generating Purchase Orders for Abbott brands as per the business plan are also expected. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2 years of experience, with preference given to those with prior or current experience in the same therapy area. Candidates with a background in MNCs or Top Indian pharma companies will have an added advantage. Additionally, freshers with strong communication and analytical skills, holding a B.Sc. or B.Pharma qualification, will also be considered for this role.,
