Territory Business Manager-Invicta

As a Territory Business Manager at Abbott, you will play a crucial role in achieving division-wise primary targets while ensuring they are equal to or greater than secondary targets. Your responsibilities will include generating maximum prescriptions to increase market share, avoiding stock expiry on Stockist shelves through timely stock liquidation via prescription generation, and sharing competitor and market information promptly with the Area Business Manager and Division. Building and nurturing relationships with customers and Stockists will be essential, along with conducting Stockist visits as per defined frequency without deviation. You will prioritize and meet with doctors appropriately and engage with important customers effectively by leveraging managerial, marketing, and support functions. Monitoring new product introductions, stocking, and sales progress, and providing timely information about new products to Stockists will be part of your routine. Your daily tasks will involve reporting fieldwork in the assigned online system, organizing Camps (CME) as per division strategy and customer needs, and generating Purchase Orders (POBs) for Abbott brands according to the business plan. Ideally, you should have at least 2+ years of experience in the field, although freshers with excellent communication and analytical skills may also be considered. A Bachelor's degree in B.Sc. / B.Pharma is required, with additional preference given to candidates with prior or current experience in the same therapy and those from MNCs or top Indian pharma companies.,
