Job Description

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. In-depth knowledge of loan products, lending processes, and regulatory frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing market conditions. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively. Ability to do demand generation in the market and build offline channels. Should be good at relationship management across various stakeholders (Customer, Channel partner, Internal team, cross functional) Local language proficiency and geography knowledge are preferred. Ideal Persona: Should be a graduate or above in any stream. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and operations management, with at least 2 years in a team-leading role. Candidates from BFSI/Fintech would be an ideal fit Strong background in the BFSI lending business is highly preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
