We are advancing dermatology for every skin story by delivering an innovative, science-based portfolio of premium flagship brands and services spanning the full spectrum of the fast-growing dermatology market. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement Sales / Direct Sale plans and processes to maximize sales opportunity through promotion and sale of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers. - Track and monitor lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline. - Implement and execute Sales / Direct Sales processes and policies ensuring product/brand sales volumes and profit targets are met. - Collaborate on Sales / Direct Sales activities informing customers of new product/service introductions and prices. **Qualifications Required:** - Apply practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. - Works independently with general / moderate supervision. - Recognized as an intermediate level contributor in the area of expertise. - Impact contained to own work with limited impact on peers in the same area. - Problems faced are difficult but not typically complex. Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experiences, with analysis of the issue. - Typically Reports to M2/M3.
