Key Responsibilities: - Implement Sales / Direct Sale plans and processes to maximize sales opportunities by promoting and selling technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services directly to current and new end customers - Track and monitor lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline - Implement and execute Sales / Direct Sales processes and policies to meet product/brand sales volumes and profit targets - Collaborate on Sales / Direct Sales activities by informing customers of new product/service introductions and prices Qualifications Required: - Apply practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience - Work independently with general/moderate supervision - Recognized as an intermediate level contributor in the area of expertise - Impact contained to own work with limited impact on peers in the same area - Problems faced are difficult but not typically complex, solved through drawing from prior experiences with analysis of the issue - Typically reports to M2/M3 Galderma actively encourages personal growth and empowerment of each employee while ensuring business needs are met and embraced through diversity and respect for every individual.
