Territory / Area Sales Manager - Facade Lighting - Bangalore

As an experienced professional with 3 to 13 years of managerial experience in the building or construction industry, you will be tasked with driving the sales and market presence of facade lighting products within the assigned territory. Your role will involve organizing and conducting design presentations with architects, interior designers, and other key decision-makers, providing lighting design and technical solutions for building facades, and managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. You will be expected to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment, coordinate with various departments, and plan and implement marketing strategies for new and existing products. Identifying new business opportunities, developing existing accounts to drive sales growth, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including architects, interior designers, and construction firms, are essential aspects of this role.
