Territory Account Executive - ERP Sales

As a Territory Account Manager at NoBrokerHood, your role will involve a combination of fieldwork, sales, basic accounting, and ERP service support. You will play a crucial part in onboarding societies, managing client accounts, promoting NoBrokerHood services, and facilitating ERP implementation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Visit residential societies to introduce NoBrokerHood solutions to management committees and RWAs. - Conduct product demonstrations and finalize onboarding deals. - Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets within your designated territory. - Conduct field visits for client meetings, training sessions, and issue resolution. **Account Management:** - Develop and maintain relationships with societies that have been onboarded. - Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and issues. - Ensure timely communication and proactive support to enhance satisfaction and retention levels. **ERP Support:** - Assist societies in setting up and utilizing NoBrokerHood ERP modules. - Provide basic training to society treasurers, managers, and residents on ERP functionalities. - Collaborate with the technical team for any customization or issue escalation. **Accounting Assistance:** - Aid societies in migrating their accounting data to the platform. - Support in configuring invoices, ledgers, dues collection, and financial reporting. **Qualifications:** - Graduation in any discipline (B.Com, BBA preferred). - 1-3 years of experience in field sales, ERP/accounting software, or client servicing. - Strong understanding of residential society dynamics. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Knowledge of basic accounting principles and proficiency in MS Excel. - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is highly advantageous. - Willingness to engage in fieldwork across Pune. In addition to a fixed salary of 4.5 lakhs, you will have the opportunity to earn performance incentives based on monthly and quarterly targets.
