Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee Terminal Operations:
Manage all aspects of receiving, storing, and dispatching oil and gas products; ensure efficient facility utilization, product handling, and throughput optimization.
Manage Maintenance and Procedures:
Direct terminal maintenance (preventive and corrective) and implement operational procedures for safe and efficient operations.
Ensure HSSE Compliance:
Enforce adherence to HSSE policies, promote a strong safety culture, conduct safety activities, and manage emergency response plans and security protocols.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance:
Guarantee compliance with environmental and other applicable regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, DOT), manage documentation (permits, etc.), and liaise with regulatory agencies.
Manage Union Relations:
Act as the primary contact for union representatives, manage labor relations, negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Manage Budget and Resources:
Control operating costs, oversee procurement and inventory, and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Manage Audits and Inspections:
Prepare for and manage internal/external audits, resolve findings, conduct self-inspections.
Lead and Develop Staff:
Provide leadership, supervise, train, develop, and evaluate terminal personnel; foster a positive work environment, and manage staffing levels.

Qualifications :-

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related field) or a related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of experience
in oil and gas terminal operations, with at least 12 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in managing union relations and negotiating collective bargaining agreements.
Strong understanding of oil and gas industry regulations and compliance requirements.
