Teritory Manager

PosiƟon Title: Territory Incharges/Managers  LocaƟon: PAN India (*Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier3)  Salary Range: 7.5 LPA to 8.5 LPA (includes performance bonus of 1 lac) + Incentives+ Perks+ TA+ DA  Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream or Master's degree/MBA  Experience: 10 to 15 years in Sales in Sales with a background from industries such as (IT, Telecom, B2B (Business-to-Business), B2C (Business-to-Customer), FMCG or any field sales experience candidates. Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced sales professional to lead sales growth, manage customer relationships, and expand business opportunities across assigned territories. Key Skills: 1. Customer-focused aƫtude with a passion for delivering exceptional service. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to drive sales performance and achieve targets. 2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business and expand existing client relationships. 3. Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and monitor team performance. 4. Identify key market trends and opportunities, and guide the team to focus on high-potential segments. 5. Provide exceptional customer service and support, and negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
