Description
The role requires you to interpret data and transform it into meaningful information such as reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations. This information will help in enhancing business decisions and processes. You will be responsible for managing the technical scope of projects, gathering information from various sources, interpreting patterns and trends, developing record management processes, and establishing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their requirements. Additionally, you will provide sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews to clients. In this role, you will identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and automation, set up automated data processes, evaluate external services and tools for data validation and cleansing, and produce and track key performance indicators. You will analyze data sets by liaising with internal and external clients to understand data content, designing and conducting surveys, interpreting complex data sets, and preparing reports for both internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools. Moreover, you will create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to demonstrate business performance and provide sector and competitor benchmarking. Furthermore, you will mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences, present insights to management using reporting tools, develop predictive models, and share insights with clients based on their requirements. Your performance will be measured based on the analysis of data sets, the number of automations implemented, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction scores, zero customer escalations, and data accuracy.,
