Job Description

  • Create and execute teppanyaki dishes for customers in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized, and that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food and cooking supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure sufficient stock levels.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing dishes.
  • Communicate effectively with servers and other staff to ensure that customer orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring that they are able to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Teppanyaki: 10 years (Preferred)
  • Culinary: 10 years (Preferred)
  • Sushi: 10 years (Preferred)
