Job Summary

The Tendering Executive will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and tracking tenders for electrical projects. The role requires a keen eye for detail, good understanding of tendering processes, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams for documentation and approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new tender opportunities through portals and industry sources.
• Prepare and submit tender documents within specified deadlines.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams for technical and commercial inputs.
• Maintain a database of tenders, track submissions, and follow up with clients.
• Analyze tender documents and prepare compliance checklists.
• Assist in cost estimation and pricing discussions.

Requirements

• Graduate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering for Electrical projects.
• Familiarity with government and private tendering processes.
• Strong documentation and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and tender management portals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
