Tendering and Business Development

As a Tender Specialist in our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful participation of supplies / EPC projects in Solar, Water, Electrical, Civil related projects. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the tender process efficiently and effectively. Your duties will involve finding and identifying international tenders that align with our business goals, reviewing tender requirements to ensure our eligibility, and summarizing key information from tender documents for the team's understanding. You will be responsible for sending requests for quotations to suppliers, following up on offers, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information for the bid. Furthermore, you will develop and manage cost estimates to ensure competitive bids within the target budget. Your role will also involve preparing all bid submission documents accurately and compliantly, and reviewing the results of the tender process to provide detailed reports with recommendations. It will be essential to stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to enhance our bidding strategy. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3-8 years of experience in the manufacturing/EPC industry. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders will be critical to your success in this position.,
