Tender Specialist- Seed Industry

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage tenders in the seed industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of tender documentation, government and private tender portals, and the complete bid preparation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze tender documents (BOQ, eligibility criteria, technical specs).
• Prepare and submit complete tender documentation within deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial requirements.
• Manage e-procurement portals and maintain tender records.
• Ensure compliance with all tender terms and conditions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience handling tenders in the seed industry.
• Strong understanding of government/private tender procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online tender portals.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
