Role Overview: As a Tender & Quote Specialist at Philips, you will be responsible for handling the complete modality work of IS/Ultrasound/MATC for the North region & GEM Portal. Your main tasks will include tender preparation and submission, checking websites for new tenders, punching purchase/supply orders, preparation of documents for customers, creation of new customer codes, drafting letters, preparing sales reports, updating data, vendor code creation, preparation of MAF and other required documents for channel partners. Key Responsibilities: - Tender preparation & submission online & offline including EMD, Price Approval in Sofon, Compliance Left Side, and other relevant documents - Regularly checking websites for new tenders and updating in tender trackers - Punching purchase/supply orders after necessary approvals and Sofon approvals - Preparation and submission of documents to customers as required (Agreements, PBG, PI, etc) - Creation of new customer codes/unblock creation for SAP IN90/DX96 - Letter drafting as per requirements (Tender LC Amendments, Amendment, Acceptance, Demurrages, etc) - Preparation and follow-up with customers/internally for Shipment Clearances Documents - Monthly updating of Sales Report trackers (OIT Tracker) - Preparation of Powerpoint presentations as required - Data correction and updating in CR Tool for orders and revenue - Vendor Code Creation in OSCAR Team CME/Sponsorship's/Buyback's - Preparation of MAF and other required docs provided to Channel Partner for tenders quoting on our behalf GEM Portal (Specialized Job): - Catalogue upload - New Category Creation for Different Modality - Product updating/deletion as per specification, updates to existing products (price revisions, stock updates, and specification changes) - MRP updating - DP Extension for order - Uploading the PBG on the GEM portal as per the order requirements - Authorization Code Generation for CP for product, Product approval on GEM Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in tender and quote preparation and submission - Proficiency in handling various documents and customer requirements - Knowledge of SAP systems for customer code creation and unblocking - Excellent communication skills for letter drafting and customer follow-ups - Ability to prepare and update sales reports and trackers - Proficient in Powerpoint presentations and data correction tools - Familiarity with vendor code creation and MAF documentation for channel partners Company Details: Philips is a health technology company committed to providing quality healthcare to all individuals.
