Tender & Quote Specialist

Role Overview: As a Tender & Quote Specialist at Philips, you will be responsible for handling complete modality work of IS/Ultrasound/MATC for the North region & GEM Portal. Your main tasks will include tender preparation and submission, purchase order processing, document preparation and submission to customers, new customer code creation, letter drafting, shipment clearance coordination, sales report tracking, data correction, vendor code creation, and preparation of required documents for channel partners. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and submit tenders online & offline, including EMD, price approval in Sofon, compliance documentation, and other relevant documents - Regularly check websites for new tenders and update tender trackers - Process purchase/supply orders after obtaining necessary approvals - Prepare and submit required documents to customers based on purchase orders/service orders - Create new customer codes/unblock for SAP - Draft letters as per requirements such as Tender LC Amendments, Amendments, Acceptance, Demurrages, etc. - Follow up with customers/internally for shipment clearance documents - Maintain and update sales report trackers like the OIT Tracker - Prepare PowerPoint presentations as needed - Correct and update data in CR Tool for orders and revenue - Create vendor codes in OSCAR Team CME/Sponsorships/Buybacks - Prepare MAF and other necessary documents for channel partners quoting on behalf of the company GEM Portal Responsibilities: - Upload catalog - Create new categories for different modalities - Update or delete products based on specifications, price revisions, stock updates, and specification changes - Update MRP and DP extension for orders - Upload PBG on the GEM portal as per order requirements - Generate authorization codes for CP for product approval on GEM Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in handling tenders and quotes - Proficiency in using tools like Sofon and CR Tool - Strong communication skills for document preparation and customer correspondence - Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively,
