Tender Executive / Tender Engineer

*Job Description:*

We are seeking an experienced *Tender Engineer* responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing tenders, including government and private sector bids. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in *cost estimation, tender documentation, and experience handling bids through the **GEM portal*.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Study and analyze tender documents, drawings, and BOQs.

* Prepare cost estimates, pricing sheets, and technical proposals.

* Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for accurate pricing.

* Submit and manage bids on *GEM Portal* and other online platforms.

* Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.

* Track tender status and follow up with clients post-submission.

* Maintain documentation and records of all tenders and pricing data.

*Requirements:*

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.)

* Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering and costing.

* Proficient in GEM portal operations and tender submission processes.

* Strong analytical and documentation skills.

* Knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and commercial terms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
