Sunfinity Renewables is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our solar energy team. The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing competitive bids, ensuring timely submission of proposals, and coordinating with internal departments to meet technical and commercial requirements. Responsibilities Tender Identification: Monitor and analyse solar tenders (SECI, DISCOMs, etc.) Bid Preparation: Prepare technical and commercial bids Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams for documents and pricing Pre and post Bid Activities: Attend pre-bid meetings and track tender results and maintain records Documentation & Submission: Maintain tender submission records and track outcomes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or any relevant discipline. MBA or equivalent in Business Development / Marketing is a plus. 2–5 years of experience in tendering, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector. Experience with solar EPC or O&M tenders will be highly preferred.
