The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing competitive bids, ensuring timely submission of proposals, and coordinating with internal departments to meet technical and commercial requirements. Responsibilities Tender Identification: Monitor and analyse solar tenders (SECI, DISCOMs, etc.) Bid Preparation: Prepare technical and commercial bids Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams for documents and pricing Pre and post Bid Activities: Attend pre-bid meetings and track tender results and maintain records Documentation & Submission: Maintain tender submission records and track outcomes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or any relevant discipline. MBA or equivalent in Business Development / Marketing is a plus. 2–5 years of experience in tendering, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector. Experience with solar EPC or O&M tenders will be highly preferred.

The role involves obtaining permits, coordinating with government bodies, and ensuring timely project clearances. Key Responsibilities: Arrange project connectivity, land acquisitions Liaise with DISCOMs, State Nodal Agencies, CEIG, and local authorities Manage net metering, open access, and other statutory approvals Prepare and submit required documentation for regulatory compliance Track and follow up on application status to avoid project delays Maintain a database of regulatory guidelines and ensure ongoing compliance Support site and project teams on approval-related documentation and procedures Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or relevant field preferred) 3–5 years’ experience in regulatory/compliance roles within solar or infrastructure sector Good understanding of state and central solar policy frameworks Strong communication and coordination skills.
