Job Description

Tender Management

Monitor and identify relevant tenders on the GeM portal.
Analyze tender requirements and assess eligibility.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary inputs.

Bid Preparation

Prepare and submit bids in compliance with tender specifications.
Ensure timely submission of bids and supporting documents.
Maintain records of submitted bids and outcomes.

Documentation & Compliance

Handle vendor registration, product listing, and catalog management.
Ensure all documentation (technical, financial, statutory) is accurate and up to date.
Liaise with government departments for clarifications and compliance.

Post-Bid Activities

Track bid status and follow up on award notifications.
Coordinate order processing, invoicing, and delivery schedules.
Resolve issues related to payment, logistics, and contract execution.

Reporting & Analysis

Maintain dashboards and reports on tender performance.
Provide insights to management on win/loss ratios and improvement areas.
