Job Description

Prepare, manage, and submit tender documents through e-Procurement platforms and the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), ensuring full compliance with procurement procedures and government tendering guidelines.
Coordinate and facilitate the end-to-end process of tender response preparation, including gathering inputs from relevant departments, compiling technical and commercial documents, and ensuring the timely and accurate submission of bids.
Ensure adherence to all tender-related regulations, specifications, and deadlines. Maintain comprehensive records of all tender documents and correspondence to support audit and legal compliance.
Manage all aspects of post-tender activities such as online/offline auctions, bid clarifications, contract documentation, and communication with stakeholders including government authorities and vendors.
Actively monitor and search for relevant tender opportunities across various e-procurement platforms. Maintain a tender tracking system to monitor deadlines, submissions, and outcomes.
Oversee and follow up on the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and Security Deposit processes, ensuring timely submission, refund, and compliance with tender conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,268.37 per month
