Tender Executive

We are looking for a Tender Analysis Executive to join our procurement and contracts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing bids, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and supporting management in vendor selection and contract award.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze government / corporate tenders, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Prepare bid comparison statements (technical & commercial).
• Evaluate vendor proposals for compliance, cost-effectiveness, and risk.
• Liaise with internal departments (finance, legal, operations) during the evaluation process.
• Maintain tender documents, MIS, and procurement databases.
• Prepare tender evaluation reports and recommendations for management.
• Track tender timelines and ensure submission of bids within deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business / Engineering (MBA in Supply Chain / Finance preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or contract management.
• Strong knowledge of e-tendering platforms (GeM, CPPP, or industry portals).
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
